Tuna Tartare

Tuna tartare is such a light and fresh dish. It's perfect as an appetizer bite or as a main entree. As I continue adding to my recipe binder project (which I wrote about here) one missing recipe was tuna tartare! I figured I wouldn't mind making it to eat for lunch today, so, using my father's delicious recipe, I threw it together and took some photos for the cookbook. The ingredients used in this recipe:

  • Ahi grade Tuna
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Soy Sauce
  • Cilantro
  • Scallions
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
